The collaboration as an advertising partner, also called as webmaster or affilliate partner, is bound obligingly to the following rules..

You agree to the following conditions:

• You may not adopt the brand vitallusPLUS^® und not even under that name appear on business.
• You may not use the brand vitallusPLUS^® abusive, damage our respect or provoke juridical consequences.
• You are fully legally responsible for your promotions themselves and release us from any liability.
• We do not allow advertising for the purposes of email marketing and email-spam measures.
• You may not use text passages of our web page vitallusplus.net. You must use exclusively own texts.
• To avoid copyright infringement, we ask for a previous email, for the use of our picture material.
• We only allow advertising of our products to the domains that you have reported to us.
• We have the right to reject content or artistically inferior sites, banner farms, link lists and sites or thematically inappropriate websites.
• You dispose of a company and pay the sales tax revenue drain properly at your tax office.
• Violations of our terms and conditions can have an exclusion and the withholding of revenue result.

We offer you:

• You earn lucrative commissions for advertising i.H.v 35% on revenues of your referred customers.
• The cookie lifetime is set at 7 days.
• You can log in in a web master area in which you can see the generated clicks and provided sales.
• We provide you with banners, coupon codes and promotional material.
• Payment is made monthly by bank transfer or Paypal once your credits have reached at least 50, – EUR.
• You receive an advertising invoice via PDF, with VAT display.
• You can always reach us directly via email with any questions, suggestions and wishes.
