How is my exact vitallusPLUS® size determined?

Prior to ordering the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender, you must determine the size recommended for you at vitallusPLUS.com using the dimensions of your penis (length and circumference) and enter this information in the size calculator provided.

Is it possible for the size of the vitallusPLUS® to not fit based on the measurements?

For most customers, the recommended size of the vitallusPLUS® cylinder and compression sleeve ensures an optimal fit. However, in very rare cases, the size of the vitallusPLUS® may need to be slightly corrected. In this case, return the sealed product to us, precisely indicating the reasons and your current measurements. If it turns out that we are at fault, you will receive a replacement free of charge.

Are the materials used in the vitallusPLUS® harmless?

The cylinder of the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender consists of a very light, ultraflexible PE fluoroplastic which is also used in medical technology. The compression sleeve consists of 100% natural latex and should be used with appropriate caution in the case of an existing latex allergy.

What is the compression sleeve used for?

The individually customized latex compression sleeve of the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender holds the tissue together like a corset and thus the risk of excessive loss of skin tone, vascular injuries, bruises or lymph fluid collections is practically eliminated. It can also be defined whether a greater degree of expansion in length, circumference, or both at the same time is to take place.

What happens if liquid (e.g. urine) gets into the electronic vacuum pump?

The vitallusPLUS® should not be used in the case of known incontinence. The device is only suitable for drawing in air and should not be used to draw in strong, flammable or explosive gasses. Do not use the device to draw in water or other liquids. Ensure that the connected air intake hose is always dry on the inside and that it does not contain any liquid. Do not expose the device to rain and also never use it in a humid or wet environment. Plug the pump into an electrical outlet only using the plug provided (voltage converter 230V-12V). This ensures that no severe electric shock can occur in the event that fluid gets into the device. Please dispose of the device if this should occur.

What is the best way to clean vitallusPLUS®?

The cylinder of the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender consists of a very light, ultra flexible PE fluoroplastic which can deform under the effects of heat. To ensure that it retains its shape, only lukewarm water and a small amount of dishwashing liquid should be used for cleaning the compression sleeve. Will vitallusPLUS® be shipped in discreet packaging?

vitallusPLUS® will of course be shipped in a discreet, white box. The discreet address “m2 company” is listed as the sender.

What happens to my personal data (for example, penile measurements)?

We only use personal data provided by you for ordering purposes (such as name, address, ordering and payment data) in order to fulfill orders and enable you to make a purchase more conveniently. The data are only used for the fulfillment and execution of the agreement.

In doing so, all data such as your address, measurement details or your banking information are sent in an encrypted fashion (by SSL) and are thus safe during transmission via the Internet. We will of course never give your data to third parties!

Is vitallusPLUS® always worn in a downwards position?

No. According to our experience, wearing the device in a downwards position has proven successful amongst most users. However, you can also wear the vitallusPLUS® to the side or in an upwards position. To prevent the hose from wrapping around your body during nighttime tossing and turning, we recommend that the hose be run from the foot of the bed.

According to which principle does vitallusPLUS® work?

vitallusPLUS® was specially developed according to a recognized principle in modern medicine in which the use of pressure and traction to form new body cells (for example in the production of skin tissue) has proven successful for a long time. Mode of Action

How long does delivery of the vitallusPLUS® take?

vitallusPLUS® is individually customized to the user’s corresponding measurements. We strive to process orders immediately. Therefore, you can expect delivery within 3 to 6 workdays.

What do I need to do if a part is defective?

We give you a 12-month guarantee for normal use of the electric vacuum pump, voltage converter, and timer. Simply return the defective part to us along with information about the defect. We will have the device repaired or will send you a new device.

How much penis growth can I expect with vitallusPLUS®?

With regular use for 6 to 8 hours daily for a period of at least 6 months, an increase in growth of up to 4 cm in length and 2 cm in circumference can be achieved. The exact amount of growth depends on individual preconditions.

Can the hose of the vitallusPLUS® wrap around the body at night, during sleep?

In order to be able to use the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender without disturbing sleep, it is advisable to run the hose from the foot of the bed to the center of the body and attach it as needed to the thigh and lower leg, if necessary, using the fixation belt provided. This ensures that the hose will not wrap around your body during nighttime tossing and turning.

Is the electric pump so loud that it can disturb sleep?

As soon as the device is connected to the vitallusPLUS® vacuum cylinder and pulled over the penis, the electric vacuum pump operates nearly silently. Very rarely (in the case of persons who are very sensitive to noise) if this should disturb sleep, the hose can be easily lengthened and the device can be set up in another (dry) room.

Who should not use vitallusPLUS®?

You should not use the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender under the following circumstances: after consuming alcohol, after taking drugs or painkillers, sleeping pills and tranquilizers, since natural pain sensitivity can be negatively affected by these substances.

Avoid using the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender in the case of infections or open wounds on the penis, if you are a hemophiliac, if you have a tendency to develop hematomas or lymphatic congestion, as well as in the case of venous insufficiency or weakness of the connective tissue. Can the vacuum of the electric vacuum pump cause injuries?

No. The vacuum of the electric vacuum pump was specially restricted for the vitallusPLUS® to -100 mbar, so that even use for several hours on a healthy penis cannot cause any serious injuries.

How often must vitallusPLUS® be used in order to achieve visible results with regard to penis enlargement?

For lasting enlargement of the penis, vitallusPLUS® should be used daily for 6 to 8 hours over a period of at least 6 months.

Are the penis enlargement results achieved with vitallusPLUS® long-lasting?

For lasting enlargement of the penis, vitallusPLUS® should be used daily for 6 to 8 hours over a period of at least 6 months.

What are the differences between vitallusPLUS® and conventional vacuum cylinders?

The vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender was developed from completely new points of view.

– Conventional vacuum cylinders are very heavy. Result: An overly strong vacuum has to be created in order to achieve airtight adhesion to the body.

– Conventional vacuum cylinders do not have any protective compression sleeve on the inside. They can therefore only be used for a short period of time, since there is otherwise a risk of overexpansion or injury to the tissue and of a fluid collection in the tissue (donut effect).

– Conventional vacuum cylinders cannot be worn overnight for several hours during sleep due to their rigid material – unlike that of the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender.

– Conventional vacuum cylinders have a duration of use that is far too short, and this provides hardly any effect in the end.

What are the differences between vitallusPLUS® and a so-called penis stretcher?

In the case of a so-called penis stretcher, the penis is stretched in length using a traction system. In this case, the glans of the penis is attached to a type of clamp or cupping glass and the penis is drawn out lengthwise either within a rod or by attaching the penis is attached to a belt.

vitallusPLUS® is the first vacuum system for the penis which is extremely lightweight and made of a flexible material. vitallusPLUS® can thus be used over the long term to train and expand the penis and lead to lasting enlargement of the penis with regard to length and circumference, using a very gentle vacuum, without any health risks.

Will the penis only become longer through the use of vitallusPLUS®, or will it also increase in circumference?

Regular use of the vitallusPLUS® for 6 to 8 hours daily over at least 3 to 6 months leads to a lasting enlargement of the penis in terms of length and circumference.

Is the main principle of the vitallusPLUS® well known in the field of medicine?

The human body adapts to effects over the long term of mechanical stresses from pressure or traction through changes in the affected body part. The affected body part changes with regard to shape and size through the formation of new body cells at the corresponding site.

Modern medicine, for example, uses compression and traction in reconstructive surgery to obtain skin tissue in order to provide the body’s own material for skin transplants, or uses a so-called expander following a mastectomy in order to create space for a breast implant.

In orthopedics, natural compression forces are used for so-called limb lengthening (for example, in the case of a leg shortening). An external expander connected to the body is applied externally to the extremity and firmly screwed to the bone. The bones, musculature and soft tissues grow and change shape.

Does my penis have to be a minimum size in order for me to be able to use vitallusPLUS®?

The vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender is ideally suited even for the enlargement of a microphallus, since it can be perfectly adjusted to the user’s anatomy.

Why is the vitallusPLUS® particularly suitable for use at night, during sleep?

Many regenerative processes take place during sleep. Tissues are repaired and functionally adapted. This is a very good precondition for the effects of the vitallusPLUS® to take place optimally. In addition, the optimal fit and high degree of flexibility of the material of the vitallusPLUS® make the device very comfortable to wear, without any pain and without the risk of injuries or bruising. Even sleeping on one’s stomach does not present any problems for many users. In addition, nighttime erections are not a problem, due to the flexibility of the cylinder and compression sleeve.

Does the use of the vitallusPLUS® involve any side effects or risks?

The vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender is used at one’s own risk for users aged 18 and over. However, it is safe when the directions for use are followed. These directions should be followed and implemented in particular in the first few weeks but also beyond this point as well. The penile tissue has to get used to the treatment gradually.

Examine the penis every hour during the first few weeks for any possible color changes (signs of a possible circulatory disorder) and discontinue use until the color changes have disappeared.

You should not use the vitallusPLUS® Vacuum Extender under the following circumstances as well: after consuming alcohol, after taking drugs or painkillers, sleeping pills and tranquilizers, since natural pain sensitivity can be negatively affected by these substances.
